• Choose your holiday destination on Sykes Holiday Cottages' website
• Select 'Book now' and choose your dates
• Fill in your booking details
• Paste the voucher code into the box at the bottom of the page
• Your discount will be automatically applied!

If your plans change and you can no longer make your staycation:

• If you cancel within 6 weeks of your holiday's start date, you will need to pay the full amount of the holiday
• If you cancel outwith the 6 weeks of your holiday's start date, you will need to pay the balance of the deposit if you paid the low depositing securing fee
• If you paid the low deposit securing fee but cancel within those 6 weeks, you will lose the full deposit and balance

Unfortunately, Sykes Holiday Cottages are not offering an exclusive NHS or Blue Light discount. We do have plenty of other amazing money-saving offers available though so make sure to browse them before booking your next stay.

To cancel your booking:

• Log into your account via the website
• Select Cancel Booking
• Any outstanding fees will be displayed for you to pay
• If the cottage owner accepts your cancellation request, you will need to pay a £30 administration fee
• Look out for the cancellation confirmation email in your inbox

Having the time of your life and not ready to return to reality yet?

• Send customer service a message stating your new requested departure date
• Customer service will message the cottage owner and get back to you on whether you can extend your holiday
