The Ordinary - Choose a Price
We're trying something we've never tried before. An idea based around the trust we have in our community, and a way to recognise the current cost of living.
Our Daily Set brings a simple regimen to cleanse and care for skin—a routine that some people may not be able to prioritise in today's environment. From today, we're listing The Daily Set at three price options—the regular price for those who are comfortable to afford our standard sensible prices, and two reduced price offerings—23% off or 40% off.
The price you choose to pay will be completely up to you. Those who are able to pay the regular price will support our ability to make this idea possible. They will make quality skincare accessible to many more people.
Our confidence in this project is based completely on trusting our community.
We plan to offer these price options until October 31st, and from there, we’ll assess further if we can keep going.
The three price options for The Daily Set are live now on our website and in our stores, and offer what we humbly believe to be a universal quality skincare regimen at a price point that is now even more accessible.
Terms & Conditions
The Ordinary’s Chose a Price Program (the “Program”) is available on The Ordinary’s The Daily Set (the “Product”) only when purchased from theordinary.com or at standalone Deciem/The Ordinary stores. The Program is currently operating from September 10th, 2024 to October 31st, 2024 (the “Program Period”). Customers will have the option of selecting from three price options for the purchase of the Product: (i) the regular retail price; (ii) 20% off the regular retail price; or (iii) 40% off the regular retail price (each a “Chosen Price”). Limit of one purchase of the Product at 20% off and one purchase of the Product at 40% per customer (the “Promotional Limits”). Any purchase of the Product in excess of the Program Limits may be purchased at the regular retail price. No price adjustments on the Chosen Price after completion of the purchase.
For online purchases: Customer must be logged on to their theordinary.com account and the Chosen Discount must be selected from the Product product page prior to adding the Product to your cart; your cart will reflect the Chosen Price at checkout.
For in-store purchases: Customers will need to state/communicate their Chosen Price to DECIEM staff at the point of sale prior to checkout.
The Program applies to available products and stock at the time of purchase, no rainchecks or price adjustments. Program is not valid on purchases outside of the Program Period, cannot be combined with any other offers (except for the Free Shipping Promotion), is non-transferable and there is no cash value or alternatives. The Program is not for commercial or resale purposes. Program discounts exclude applicable taxes, brokerage, duties and custom fees, shipping and delivery charges, gift cards, other discounts and promotions, and other Deciem brands and other items not discountable or excluded by law.
DECIEM reserves the right, without prior notice, to (i) discontinue this Program at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's benefit from it, including, without limitation, individuals creating multiple user accounts; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of Program/promotional redemptions.
Except as otherwise set out herein, all purchases are subject to DECIEM’s standard Terms and Conditions (which can be found at https://deciem.com/ca/terms.html) which are expressly incorporated herein by reference. Any returned items will be refunded to the original method of payment used at checkout, at the price paid and subject to our Return Policy found at https://deciem.com/ca/returns.html.
Free Shipping - The Ordinary, NIOD
Free Shipping with no minimum (the “Promotion”) is available only on TheOrdinary.com and NIOD.com from 4:45pm EST September 10th, 2024 to 11:59pm EST September 30th, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). Promotion will be applied automatically at checkout on all qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period.
Promotion is only available to customers who (i) reside in countries that DECIEM is currently shipping to with the exception of the countries excluded below; and (ii) purchase any The Ordinary. or NIOD product (“Eligible Customers”). Eligible Customers will receive free shipping on all qualifying purchases.
Countries excluded from Promotion: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
