The 62-year-old Girl Dad from San Jose, California, stood out to Vassos from the moment he rolled up to the Bachelor Mansion in an old station wagon with luggage strapped to the top and asked “Like this sweet ride?” before suggesting they hop in and take some cheese, crackers, and wine to the beach for a tailgate.

Later in the episode, we saw the two playing cornhole and bonding over shared interests and when it came time to hand out her special stem, Vassos walked past every man in the mansion to seek out Keith and say, “I loved it when you came in in that big old stupid station wagon that reminded me of my childhood. And when you got out, this is super scary to me, and you just made me feel safe. You have this calm voice, and you’re just this big teddy bear kind of guy. It just felt good to me. It felt easy. And you said the thing about grabbing a bottle of wine and cheese and crackers and going to the beach, which is just what I love to do.”
