𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 Tech Instrumentering for the exciting short insight into the harsh environment and ROI of our products: this short video shows a measuring point in a flue gas scrubber at a customer in Denmark. You can see how demanding the conditions are for the equipment. Before the installation of the automatic cleaning and calibration system cCare, the pH sensor only lasted 14 days. Cleaning the exhaust gas from the district heating plant creates heavy incrustations and thick layers of gypsum, but these do not affect the Ceramat retractable fitting. Maintenance is carried out for the first time after 3 years of continuous operation. 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹:  Dr. Michael Kogej shows here how an 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲-𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗻 can be implemented for the Knick Protos II transmitter via PROFIBUS PA. Authorizations with individual user rights are generated directly for the measuring point in the control system via an RFID card reader, and all activities are automatically and seamlessly recorded. In principle, other authentication systems are of course also possible, depending on what is already installed in the customer's production plant. Audit Trail is not only mandatory in the pharmaceutical industry; the safety of measuring points and the traceability of changes are also important in chemical and food production. Any questions? The patented cleaning of the interior is the secret, which we explain in this new video: Not only the calibration chamber and the sensor are cleaned, but also the seal on the immersion tube. This enables particularly effective CIP (cleaning in place) and  SIP (sterilization in place) without dead spaces in the fitting.
