Based in our Munich headquarters, we are looking for an exceptional candidate to support our fast-growing business as a (Senior) PMO Manager within the Operations Strategy and PMO team (Project Management Office) covering primarily the management of key projects in the transformation of the department based on a new Target Operating Model and our Strategic Network Plan.

You will report to the Head of Operations Strategy & PMO.

Tasks:

• Establish and streamline the Project Management Office, including processes, tools, governance, and standards.
• Design, maintain, monitor, and continuously improve the end-to-end project management process.
• Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring a balance between strategic engagement and operational execution.
• Effectively communicate complex project information across various organizational levels.
• Conduct financial analyses to assess the impact of project activities and support new business case creation.
• Uphold high standards in project setup, tracking, reporting, and closure.
• Delegate tasks efficiently, aligning them with employee strengths and project needs.
• Orchestrate projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between teams on multi-unit projects, maintaining synergy and focus.
• Communicate with C-level executives, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals.
• Perform quality control throughout project development to maintain high standards.
• Adapt project schedules and targets as needed to accommodate changing requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or 3+ years of experience in consulting, with a preference for those with operations / supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; Master’s/MBA highly valued.
• Independent self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Ability to produce and communicate high-level business and financial analyses in a concise and understandable manner.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, influencing without authority, and establishing trusted advisory roles.
• Exceptional process management and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of PMO tasks, business case creation, process design, and governance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecast development, KPI establishment, and profitability analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analytics skills.
