We are currently seeking an IT Processes manager to join their team…



Your Responsibilities


  • You will hold responsibility for the ITIL core processes of Incident and Problem Management.
  • You will actively shape the process specifications for the company, particularly for members of your department. As part of a dedicated team, you will develop these processes throughout their entire lifecycle in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Your strong conceptual thinking and keen interest in advancing IT service management topics will be essential to coordinating projects.
  • You will uphold the quality of your work and demonstrate resilience and confidence during mandatory process controls and in audit or testing situations.
  • You will actively and diligently engage with various tools for the advancement of IT service management, enjoying the opportunity to network.
  • As a process owner, you will be a key contact person for employees both within and outside of IT, as well as at (inter)national locations.
  • You will design and deliver process training courses, preparing necessary information for third parties to fulfil their tasks. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will assist you in these endeavours.



Your Profile


  • Have a university degree and/or completed vocational training, preferably with a focus on IT.
  • You have several years of professional experience in the industry, and are familiar with customer interaction having a strong customer service mentality.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, investigating root causes of issues such as quality or process defects and devising solutions for improvement and optimisation.
  • You exhibit a high level of commitment, independence, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • You are adept at organising yourself efficiently and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • You are communicative, articulate in writing, and confident in presenting information.
  • You have knowledge of tools that support ITSM processes, such as ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written), both expected above C1.
