For our next stage of growth, we're searching for a CMO to lead and scale our marketing and growth activities.

What You'll Be Doing

In a nutshell: Grow Bling's annual recurring revenue (ARR) from 7 figures to 9 figures.

• Lead, mentor, manage and scale our marketing & growth team
• Hold overall conceptual and strategic responsibility for multi-channel marketing and growth activities, including Paid Acquisition, Creative & Brand, CRM, Public Relations, Data Analysis, and Conversion Optimization
• Planning and execution of (inter)national marketing campaigns
• As a member of the C-Level team, develop and refine company strategies while coordinating cross-departmental activities across Product, Operations, and Finance.
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 7+ years Marketing & Growth experience incl. leadership-responsibilities within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth and vc-funded consumer company
• A strong track record of successful multi-channel campaigns
• A numbers-driven approach, including a deep understanding of relevant KPIs and reporting requirements for shareholders and board members
• Strong knowledge of fintech, fundraising, and venture capital
• A creative, hands-on person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluency in both German and English
