Dads, it’s selfish of you not to take good care of yourself. 🔥🔥🔥 Great line from the podcast episode I did with Markus Kaulius. Read that line again.  It’s selfish of you not to take good care of yourself.  If you don’t take care of yourself, your family will feel it.  If you don’t take care of yourself, you might not be there to walk your daughter down the aisle.  If you don’t take care of yourself, you might not be around to play with your grandchildren.  If that’s not enough to get you moving, here’s another thing to consider.  When you exercise it boosts your immune system.  When you boost your immune system, you don’t get sick.  When you don’t get sick, you get extra days that common dads don’t get.  If you get sick multiple times per year, it’s time for a deep dive into your health and habits.  I was just talking to a dad in Class VIII of The Warrior Dad Experience on Monday.  Since he jumped into the program last year, he hasn’t been sick once.  He estimates that in the past he would have been out of commission maybe 4 full weeks per year being sick.  He just got an extra 4 weeks of time and freedom back in his life.  That’s the power of exercise and prioritizing your health.  That’s The Warrior Dad way.  If you haven't checked out The Warrior Dad podcast, search it up on all major podcast platforms or if you like video, go to The Warrior Dad YouTube channel.
