Dr. Oetker & TUM Venture Labs: Working together to shape the future of sustainable food! Since April 2️⃣ 0️⃣ 2️⃣ 3️⃣, our Food/Agro/Biotech (FAB) Lab has been working with Dr. Oetker to rethink 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀. The challenge Dr. Oetker took part in was: "𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀?" 💡 The results and solution, led by Santiago Quintanilla Pereira and presented by Andean Options: Innovating sustainability in the #agrifood sector through a blockchain investment tool to achieve transparency and regenerative impact for farmers, companies and the environment. 🤝 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘂𝗽 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼, 𝗮𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘀 𝗗𝗿. Our collaboration with Dr. Oetker creates a space where startups, industry experts, and researchers can come together to exchange ideas and work on solutions that address real-world challenges.
