🌍✨ Exciting insights from the #SustainabilityInPackaging Europe conference in Barcelona last week! As the only event to focus solely on sustainability in packaging and as Europe's largest sustainable packaging event, this conference was a must-go for us. The sector is in the middle of a huge transition phase, so the 600 experts from the packaging value chain had a lot to discuss and exchange about! We proudly presented traceless at our small booth at the expo area, where people could touch and feel our natural plastic alternative traceless - a solution for bio-circular, regenerative and plastic-free packaging innovations. Of course, we didn't miss the opportunity to also showcase our latest prototypes: regenerative barrier coating bags developed in collaboration with Mondi Group. Collaborative approaches were also one of the headline topics on the conference stage, as it has become clear that no stakeholder can drive change alone. Building partnerships that unlock innovation and benefit both the industry and the planet sets the tone - an approach we firmly believe in at traceless. In addition to innovation, the new EU regulation on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR) also took center stage. How will it shape the future packaging landscape and how can companies prepare for it? The transformation of packaging towards circular, resource-saving and fossil-free packaging will no longer be a “nice-to-have” in the future - a change that we at traceless strongly support. Spotlight on our traceless-coating! We’re excited to highlight one of our key innovations showcased at FACHPACK 2024 – our traceless® paper coating. 🌿   Designed to replace conventional plastic coatings, our traceless-coating is biobased from agricultural residues, naturally compostable and completely plastic-free – the perfect solution for regenerative packaging. Whether for food service or other applications, it provides the protection needed while minimizing environmental impact.   The interest and excitement around this product at FACHPACK were incredible! A special thank you to our partner Mondi Group for the great collaboration in developing the very first stand-up pouch made of Mondi paper coated with traceless – produced in serial production on standard machinery. This is a true example of how our coating offers both sustainability and beneficial barrier properties, for example with its heat sealability. What a Ride at IAAPA Expo Europe 2024! 🎢  Last week, our team joined the excitement at IAAPA 2024 Amsterdam, The Leisure Industry’s Premier Event in Europe - where all things attractions and amusement came to life! 🎡 We were there to showcase how in the middle of all the entertainment, sustainability can play a big role. After all, you work up quite an appetite with all that excitement, and that’s where our traceless solutions come in! They are about helping our customers reach their sustainability goals in a way that makes sense for them. We believe our products can be a perfect regenerative alternative to the single-use items commonly found at amusement parks, festivals, and attractions. 🍟 We brought along our traceless food-service products, from cutlery and food trays to our coffee cup solution – all designed to help reduce single-use plastics in the event & attractions industry. These small but impactful products quickly caught the attention of many who are looking for more sustainable options. Unpacking Our FACHPACK 2024 Experience! Last week, our amazing sales team, along with our CEO Anne Lamp, traveled to Nürnberg for FACHPACK 2024. They proudly showcased the great progress we've made – including our traceless paper-coating solutions that are taking regenerative packaging to the next level. It was truly inspiring to connect with so many industry leaders and changemakers, sharing ideas on how we can innovate, inspire, and make a real impact together. 🌿 The interest in material solutions like ours was incredibly encouraging, and it’s clear that the industry is moving toward a more circular future. It’s traceless!”   The BAM Marketing for Future Festival encourages companies to cut through the noise and focus on honest, impactful storytelling around sustainability. For us, cutting the bullshit means cutting the greenwashing – being clear, transparent, and backed by science. 🌱    With our campaign, “Don’t Call It Plastic, It’s traceless!”, we set out to not just claim, but to explain what makes traceless truly different.
