Mit dem Start in das neue Lehrjahr wurde auch die Ausbildungsordnung für den Feinoptiker modernisiert. Moderne Anlagen und neue Technologien sind nun u.a. offiziell in der Ausbildung vorgeschrieben. Eine Neuerung die wir bei POG schon seit Jahren leben und dennoch ist es ein wichtiger Schritt, um das Berufsbild der Feinoptik für die Hightech-Anwendungen von morgen zu wappnen. 🚀 Die IHK besuchte uns für einen Austausch rund um die Ausbildung bei uns im Haus. 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗮𝘆! Not 5, not 6, not 7, not even 8 ... no, a total of 9 young adults are starting their training at #TeamPräzision! 🎉 We are very proud and happy that we were able to recruit so many young talents who will support POG in the coming years. 6 of them will become precision opticians, 2 will train as microtechnologists and one will go on to become an industrial mechanic. Everyone who has followed us in recent years knows how important the topic of training is for POG and how much time we invest. Highly qualified staff is one of our most important factors in the company's development. We warmly welcome all our new talents and wish them a happy and successful time. 🚀

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀! 💐🎉 Our two trainees successfully completed their training as precision opticians last week! Of course, they will remain part of our team and continue to support us in production. ➡️ Did you know that we have taken on 15 new employees in the last 12 months? As a result, we cracked the 220-employee mark some time ago. New technologies are important and help us to make even more precise products. But without workers, production would come to a standstill. That's why we are constantly working to meet the growing demand for skilled workers - whether by training junior staff, providing further training for career changers or developing existing employees. #teampräzision is constantly growing and we warmly welcome all new colleagues to the team! 🚀

𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮? As South Korea is a leading country in electronics, robotics and many other industries, we are excited to participate at the 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 this year and present ourselves as a valuable supplier of high-precision optical solutions. New at our side: our distributors and technical sales specialists from 𝗔𝗬𝗜𝗡 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗟ö𝗯𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘂 ...the main topic of our event yesterday. Recently we became a member of the BVMW Thüringen and took the opportunity to introduce ourselves to the participating member companies with a small event. That's why welcomed around 30 guests to our premises yesterday and offered them insights into the world of precision optics here in Löbichau. They were all visibly impressed by the depth of manufacturing and the high level of expertise behind our products. It was a great event with exciting exchange - thanks to all for visiting us!

We have been part of the Master+ program for a long time and it's always great to get in contact with these young master minds. Thank you for these warm words, Natalja. It was a pleasure to welcome all of you here at POG again this year! See you next time! 👋

By investing in this system, we can take the accuracy of surface form deviations to the next level. 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 🚀 This week, the “James-Webb-Telescope” traveling exhibition at the IHK Ostthüringen zu Gera offers the opportunity to get in touch with aerospace technologies. “𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘦?” 🪐 Under this heading, our optics designer gave a talk on the possibilities of space navigation using star sensors manufactured by POG.
