Als Chief Electrical Safety Specialist sorgt er für die Sicherheit der Hochvoltsysteme unserer Rennfahrzeuge, zum Beispiel in der Formel E bei unserem rein elektrischen Rennfahrzeug oder bei unserem Hybridfahrzeug, dem Porsche 963. Was Martin besonders an seinem Job schätzt? „Ich darf sowohl an den Fahrzeugen arbeiten als auch mich um Gesetze, Normen und neue Technologien kümmern.“

John Cranko - das Leben und Schaffenswerk des renommierten Ballett-Choreografen „Hier in Stuttgart konnte ich das tun, was ich schon immer tun wollte: eine Compagnie einrichten und ein Fundament legen, auf dem sich eine gesunde und solide Balletttradition gründen konnte.“ Angetrieben von dieser Vision einer Ballettschule mit professioneller Ausbildung, hat John Cranko dem Ballett in Deutschland zu einem hohen Ansehen verholfen. Vielmehr zählt die von ihm gegründete John Cranko Schule heutzutage zu den international angesehensten Ballettschulen der Welt. Ab dem 3. Oktober 2024 kann sein Leben und Schaffenswerk bundesweit im Kino nacherlebt werden - von Konflikten mit einer schwierigen Welt außerhalb der Bühnen und Probenräume bis hin zum weltweiten Erfolg mit dem Stuttgarter Ballett. Unsere dual Studierenden haben die Möglichkeit, während ihres Dualen Studiums bei #Porsche erste Arbeitserfahrung im Ausland zu sammeln. 🌍 Elias Müller, Student in der Fachrichtung Mechatronik, ist normalerweise größtenteils in unserer Entwicklung in Weissach unterwegs. Im Rahmen seiner vierten Praxisphase hatte er die Möglichkeit, ein Auslandspraktikum bei der Volkswagen Group of America auf dem Oxnard Engineering Campus in Kalifornien zu absolvieren. Vor Ort konnte er das Team bei der Typisierung der Fahrzeuge unterstützen und unter anderem ein Konzept zur verbesserten Analyse von Fahrzeug- und Prüfstandsdaten entwickeln. Das Highlight? The e-Performance Days at Silesia Ring in Poland gave 28 automotive and lifestyle journalists the opportunity to get up close with Porsche’s latest electric models and concepts. The e-Performance Days showcased the capabilities of Porsche electric vehicles in various conditions. Journalists had the opportunity to test the latest generation Porsche Taycan and, for the first time in Poland, the all-electric Porsche Macan. Piloting a prototype Porsche GT4 e-Performance, Bachler completed a lap of the Silesia Ring in an impressive 1:33.319 minutes. Fostering hope, empowering dreams: Porsche Taiwan celebrates a significant milestone with its ‘Dream Together’ Programme, a CSR initiative that has been supporting communities in their development. Over the past five years, the programme has partnered with the Boyo Social Welfare Foundation and the Society of Wilderness, focusing on education and environmental sustainability. These efforts have brought tangible benefits to local communities, from inspiring youths in rural areas through the Boyo Summer Class Tour introduced in 2021, to protect marine ecology and native species with over 700 members of the Porsche Family, removing over three tons of waste in Taiwan’s diverse habitats. The 'Dream Together' Programme aims to expand its impact across various regions of the island. The management and IT consultancy MHP – A Porsche Company sets a significant milestone for future international growth by establishing the subsidiary MHP Management and IT Consulting Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. in Guadalajara, Mexico. With this strategic step, MHP is expanding its presence in North and Central America, offering specialized IT services from this base. In terms of technology, the focus will be on Managed Business & IT Services and SAP Digital Enterprise. RWTH Aachen University meets #Porsche Vergangene Woche hatten wir eine Studierendengruppe der RWTH Aachen im Rahmen ihrer Exkursionswoche bei uns im Werk in Zuffenhausen zu Gast. Vor Ort erhielten sie exklusive Einblicke hinter die Kulissen von Porsche: unserer Porsche Produktion. Neben einer Führung durch das Werk präsentierten unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus der Standortplanung aktuelle Themenstellungen aus der Praxis. Auch die Studierenden selbst konnten in Kleingruppen aktiv werden, Aufgaben im Produktionsumfeld bearbeiten und diese anschließend mit unseren Expertinnen und Experten diskutieren.
