In June, we opened a brand new #FitnessFirst studio in Winnenden and we are excited to see further growth in the #ClubPilates franchise network. We had an interview with BODYMEDIA and talked about our new investor Waterland Private Equity. During our conversation, we went through the reasons and benefits of the deal, while also sharing our plans for the future.

We have reached a new milestone in the history of LifeFit Group: We are pleased to welcome our new investor Waterland Private Equity, who will acquire 100% of LifeFit Group from Oaktree. Our successful management team will continue to operate independently and lead the business of LifeFit Group. Today we are particularly pleased to welcome two outstanding guests who will enrich our internal LFG event with their expertise: Philipp Roesch-Schlanderer, founder of EGYM, and Wolf Harwath, Managing Director at FIVE, entrepreneur, therapist and training expert with over 20 years of industry experience.   Philipp Roesch-Schlanderer is a visionary founder who has created innovative solutions in the fitness sector with EGYM. He will share with us his insights and experiences on the topic of #partnership. Philipp will explain what makes a good partnership, how to build strong and sustainable relationships and how such partnerships can significantly increase and consolidate the success of a company.   Wolf Harwath brings an impressive combination of entrepreneurial know-how and therapeutic expertise. He will share his perspectives under the theme “The power of” on #longevity. Wolf will talk about how lifelong training can help you stay healthy and fit into old age.   Both speakers will give us the opportunity to gain deeper insights into two key areas of our industry. We are convinced that their contributions will enrich our event and open up new perspectives for us.

Exciting times at our LifeFit Group headquarters as we kick-off our New Leaders Summit! Over the next two days, more than 30 new hires from all our brands will get together to learn more about the company's structures and processes, network, share insights, develop a stronger sense of community and last but not least to have a lot of fun.
