Brewing the Future of Culinary Arts ☕️ This summer, five Basque Culinary Center professors embarked on a unique journey to the Lavazza #TrainingCenter, immersing themselves in the world of coffee expertise. Their mission? To master the art and science of coffee through two Specialty Coffee Association intensive courses: "Introduction to Coffee" and "Barista Skills Intermediate”: - from bean to cup, they explored the intricacies of coffee production, but the learning extended beyond the classroom. A visit to the historic 1895 Factory and the Group's production site in Settimo Torinese provided a firsthand look at the crucial roasting process, completing their immersive coffee journey. This enriching experience will directly translate into specialized coffee education programs within the Gastronomía y Artes Culinarias degree. The goal?
