JvM SPORTS AT GAMESCOM 2024 🎮 Last week, our esports team once again had the incredible opportunity to attend gamescom in Cologne—the world's largest gaming event with over 300,000 visitors yet again! Gamescom is always a significant milestone for us, offering an unparalleled platform to connect, network, and stay ahead of the latest trends in the gaming world 🌍 This year’s event was no exception! We gathered valuable insights, observed the resurgence of on-the-ground events, the growing boom of fantasy worlds, and witnessed the advancing role of artificial intelligence in gaming. All in all, gamescom 2024 was an amazing event for our team, filled with takeaways that will help us continue to push boundaries and stay on top of our game—but also just plain fun!

A UCLA WEEKEND TO REMEMBER IN PARIS! 🐻☕️🇫🇷 During the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics, Associated Students UCLA transformed a local café into a vibrant gathering spot. The pop-up café provided a welcoming space for UCLA alumni, fans, and athletes to connect, enjoy some Parisian charm, and engage in insightful discussions with former Olympians and professional athletes and coaches. With every detail thoughtfully curated, the Bruins spirit was alive and well in the heart of Paris. Looking forward to continuing the journey towards LA 2028! 🌍🏅🇺🇲

OUR BMW X ROCKET LEAGUE CAMPAIGN IS LIVE 🤯 In collaboration with BMW Group and Epic Games, we've launched a design contest to celebrate the upcoming addition of the BMW 1 Series to the popular sports-action game, Rocket League! 🚀 Therefore BMW and Epic Games invites everyone to design a spectacular decal for the BMW 1 Series. AND If your design impresses the judges, YOUR design will be featured in the game! The Decal Contest runs from August 9th to 30th and is open to anyone aged 13 and up. #BMW #1Series #RocketLeague

JvM SPORTS X McDONALD'S We're thrilled to share the next chapter of our exciting collaboration with McDonald's Deutschland LLC  and the Deutscher Behindertensportverband e.V. (DBS). 🙌   Together, we are making those athletes' extraordinary abilities visible and honoring McDonald’s franchisees who actively support disabled sports within their neighborhoods. Just like McDonald’s franchisee Steffen Stark from Gießen who has been supporting Germany's most successful wheelchair basketball club RSV Lahn-Dill for over 15 years now. 🏀 With his support, he makes an important contribution and is just one of the many examples of the social commitment of McDonald's franchisees. 👏   A huge thank you to Steffen Stark, featured athlete Thomas Böhme PLY and all the other wonderful people from RSV Lahn-Dill for letting us be a part of their journey. And congratulations on winning their 15th national Championship of the German Wheelchairbasketball Bundesliga. 🏅 Your dedication and hard work is so inspiring.
