♻️CircularPackaging: A Key to a Sustainable Future🌍 Sustainability is a defining issue of our times. Packaging solutions which advance the circular economy are therefore essential for environmentally friendly products. Circular packaging uses recycled materials and reduces the need for new resources, significantly lowering CO₂ emissions. At Jowat, we are successfully pursuing this approach. The “Green Layer” product line of Schütz GmbH & Co. KGaA enables us to increase our use of plastic drums and IBCs consisting of up to 30% high-quality recycled material. In addition to reducing the use of new plastic, this change also facilitates CO₂ savings of 6.8 kg per IBC and up to 3.8 kg per drum.
