Great news – our Dettingen Plant 1 has received the ‘Supplier Excellence Recognition’ from Caterpillar (Perkins)!🏅 This success fully contributes to our vision to be the preferred partner to our customer, as part of our strategy ▶️SHAPE30. It was only possible because of the great support and hard work of all involved colleagues to deliver the outstanding operational performance. The award is based on the criteria met over a rolling 12-month period. As the shipping performance of >98% and a ppm level <50 ppm (parts per million) was achieved, our Plant received an ‘Excellent’ level, which is a great achievement for everyone involved. CAT Perkins supplier development engineer Mark Mellor was also present on-site and handed over the award. He was quite impressed with the EK achievement by a motivated team.🤝 Long-term business relationship – Caterpillar Inc. and Perkins Engines are customers of ElringKlinger since more than 40 years.
