The Kebab Revolution: Circus wins Mangal Kebab and Lukas Podolski for the targeted deployment of 2,400 autonomous food robots in Germany and Europe from 2025 onwards. This marks the world's first AI robotics-based project in the food-franchise sector with an estimated cumulative revenue potential of around EUR 400 million for the Circus Group. Exciting news! We are proud to announce that Circus Group has signed a preliminary agreement with FOOD.LOVE.CATERING (FLC Group) for the delivery of 100 food production robots to improve food services in refugee accommodations and community facilities. In line with our mission to fuel humanity with AI-robotics, this is our first mission partnership. This impactful partnership, with an estimated hardware revenue potential of up to €20 million, represents a significant milestone for us as we deploy our autonomous CA-1 robot to support on-the-ground food production networks starting in 2025. Today we held our first Annual General Meeting in Hamburg. There were eight items on the agenda, which were approved by a large majority of shareholders. "We are in an excellent position to provide the foodservice industry with innovative automation solutions that effectively address both labor shortages and rising costs. Our clear goal is to start commercialization in 2025 and accelerate commercial deployment in 2026, further strengthening our position as a global innovation leader. In 2024 and beyond, we will focus on further optimizing our integrated food tech solutions and advancing the mass production infrastructure of our CA-1 cooking robot," said Nikolas Bullwinkel, CEO and founder of Circus Group. "2023 has been a year of significant progress on a strategic, operational and financial level. We have achieved numerous milestones and created a solid foundation for the future growth of our company in the food service market." As Circus Group, we have recently entered into a preliminary agreement to deploy our food production robot CA-1 at the BER - Berlin Brandenburg Airport! The preliminary agreement with Germany’s third largest airport aims to gain further experience with our autonomous food supply system, deploying our food production robot CA-1, which will start serving airport employees as early as 2025. This initial customer-beta-phase sets the stage for transforming food service in airports worldwide, exemplifying our vision of the future of food service in high-traffic environments!
