🌳 “Königspark”: A Pioneering Urban Quarter DLE Land Development GmbH is creating an innovative mixed-use district, “Königspark,” on 56 hectares, combining residential, commercial, and social infrastructure. ✨ Recently, the construction company MBN GmbH has opened its Berlin branch at the OFFICE LAB CAMPUS in Adlershof, a prime location within the technology park. The OFFICE LAB CAMPUS consists of two buildings totaling 26,000 square meters of office space. This flexible space allows for diverse configurations to meet the needs of various tenants, from traditional offices to modern flexible workspaces and R&D areas. MBN's new office features 70 linear meters of high-quality glass partition walls from Clestra, previously used in a Frankfurt office building. The reinstallation of these materials by UNDKRAUSS exemplifies circular construction, with logistics handled by Concular. Mario Wenzel, branch manager of MBN in Berlin, states, "With our office in Adlershof, we want to continue maintaining employee satisfaction while fostering creativity, transparent communication, and openness." Furthermore, Mareike Lechner from immobilien-experten-ag. highlights the OLC as a model of sustainable practices: "It was already gratifying that the sustainable OLC, which has been awarded LEED Gold certification, is connected to a BTB district heating system with a renewable energy share of 57%." September 27 marked the busiest day since BER's opening, with nearly 100,000 passengers – many attending InnoTrans and the Berlin Marathon. 🚀 Construction has officially begun on the Anna-Lindh-Haus in Europacity! This flagship project by CA Immo blends sustainability with cutting-edge architecture.
