We had an amazing time at HR Technology Conference & Exposition® in Las Vegas connecting with everyone and discussing the future of talent acquisition, AI and talent technology. Our first session, ‘Time-to-hire slowing you down? 3 surprising ways AMS and Johnson & Johnson changed the game’ showcased the main challenges J&J faced in addressing its hiring needs and how AMS's use of technology helped them reduce time-to-hire rates by c.25% . On day two we held a case study session with Hilary Stoebig of Harvard University, sharing how Harvard transformed its talent technology vision into reality by partnering with AMS.
