Very proud of the work that we are doing to promote a fair, transparent and inclusive industry focused on righting wrongs and building community and prosperity for those willing to put in the hard yards. The Artemis Growth Partners investment philosophy is guided by our core values, which reflect the industry and world we strive to build. Social impact and sustainability strategies should be embedded in a company’s foundation from the start. There is a lot of chatter around the meaning and place for ESG principles these days, but we believe, in our industry, that it goes hand and hand with the success of the whole; companies who care and are aiming to make a difference will prosper in this industry. Implementing ESG principles in early stages prevents exponentially higher costs and labor as a company grows, avoiding the expense of retro-fitting later. To this end, we are assessing our portfolio’s impact against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Measuring baseline data is the first step towards closing gaps and setting priorities for continuous improvement, demonstrating that this work can be done incrementally and affordably as Artemis helps to bring the principles of impact investing to the industry on a global basis. Huge thanks to Hilary Black for helping us drive this agenda and for leading the discussion at CE’24 about Investing in an Equitable and Sustainable Industry for all. With great thanks to Vladimir Bautista, Andres Fajardo and Will Muecke for their thoughts, perspectives and lessons learned. It was a great discussion. TY.

Very much looking forward to the panel discussion with Vladimir Bautista and Andres Fajardo at Cannabis Europa on Wednesday, June 26th where we will focus on the importance of equity and sustainability for key stakeholders, including investors, in the emerging markets across the EU. We are delighted that Hilary Black, a seasoned cannabis industry founder, pioneer and C-suite impact executive, will be joining us as our moderator. Hilary has been collaborating with us at Artemis Growth Partners to advance a number of our social impact and sustainability projects. We are thrilled to have her joining us to help frame the conversation.
