Celebrate Whole Day for Whole Grain on Wednesday, March 30!
After ten years of celebrating Whole Grain Sampling Day in March, we’ve decided to give the event a new spin ("Whole Day for Whole Grain") so that we can inspire even more people to eat whole grains. The event will continue to be an amazing celebration of the flavors and health benefits of whole grains, and this year, we’re offering even more ways to participate.

Learn more about our interactive social media contest and other ways to participate, then download our free whole grain shopping list to find new whole grain products at a store near you.
