The header for categories of Watercourses (for disambiguation and navigation).
Usage

Remove {{Interwiki from Wikidata}} when placing {{Flumen|Qnnn}} and don’t add the former (unless for testing). Note the order of the first two numbered parameters is reverse than of {{3b}}!
