Description
Español: Orba, Alicante, es un pequeño pueblo de la comarca de La Marina Alta. Históricamente siempre había sido un pueblo de secano cuya subsistencia se basaba en la agricultara.

Las fuertes lluvias de otoño, muy habituales en la zona, producen un rico caudal de aguas subterráneas. Con las primeras perforaciones, los primeros pozos, el paisaje de la zona cambió radicalmente, pasando a convertirse en un vergel, en un pulmón vegetal. Hoy, el valle en el que se encuentra Orba, es un extenso paisaje verde rebosante de naranjos. Los nativos son cordiales y acogedores. Su gastronomía, muy específica de la zona, es rica, especialmente la familia de los arroces. Vale la pena conocer el valle, con los pequeños pueblos arracimados en las laderas.

Se llega a Orba, a través de un desvío - ocho quilómetros - que proviene de Ondara. Vía principal: autopista Valencia-Alicante.
