Description
English: Live imaging of β2AR::GFP shows no internalization in the absence of isoprenaline. A single cell expressing β2AR::GFP exhibits diffuse expression at the plasma membrane. β2AR::GFP remains in the membrane and is not internalized after 20 minute time-lapse imaging in the absence of isoprenaline.
