•  Oppose Crop really bothers me, i saw it better in second option, but...this positioning of food isn't so good. • I did use my reflector on this photo, or the shadow would have been even deeper and the table would have nearly no light at all. :-) Some shadow in a photo is good, otherwise it will look very flat. • Yes, it's a good technique that works on normal subjects when you have the time to do it. You have no idea how fast you have to work when you focus stack ice cream!
