The image was published by Panini in 1982. It is in the Italian public domain as more than 20 years passed since its publication, but it was not in the Italian public domain in 1996 at URAA time. Thus, it is still protected in the US. Günther Frager (talk) 20:48, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Günther Frager: So I do find it interesting on how other stickers within the same collection are still being kept but this one is now being nominated for deletion? Regardless, I was not made aware about how apparently now URAA copyright supersedes the copyright of the file's country of origin. I'm not sure if this is the right place to state such but there should probably some kind of further notice regarding works that have been in the public domain in their home countries since the URAA date considering that Not-PD-US-URAA has been a deprecated template for 12 years now. Regardless though, I don't appreciate the now second instance of hounding on me specifically conisdering that other files of this specific Panini collection have been up in Commons for years.
