Delete. There is zero evidence that this photo was captured in 1954.
Keep for licensing purposes it does not matter whether the 1954 date is accurate. {{PD-Pakistan}} requires that the photograph was taken more then 50 years ago, i.e. before 1970. I have not found proof of this, but Ahmed Rushdi was born in 1934 so would have been 36 in 1970. He looks younger than 36 in this photo. - Keep, this appears to be a publicity shot and it is credited to 'Evernew recording studio', which is presumably related to the Evernew film studios in Lahore.[3] Publicity photographs are usually published shortly after their creation.
