English: Category:Airlines by name: all categories named after an airline should be included in this category.

This includes currently active and defunct airlines/aircraft operators
If an airlines changes its name, create a new category for images/files with its name. The category with the new name should be a parent category to the category with the old name. Both should be included here.
Do not add images directly to this category.
