Yes Polarys, it´s a unknown author, from some local newspaper. The illustration was croped in the book diary of FGC showed to me by his son to take the picture. I think its a fair article, dont you? Carlos Botelho 07:57, 26 July 2007 (UTC)

Bilder von Münchner Straßenbahnwagen

Ich bitte doch darum, dass in Zukunft meine Bilder der Münchner Straßenbahnwagen - die im übrigen alle verwendet werden - nicht mehr gelöscht werden. Ich habe alles angegeben, was erforderlich ist; umso verwunderlicher ist, dass 2 Bilder gelöscht wurden. Diese Bilder werden, wie gesagt, verwendet. Wenn es Probleme damit gibt, bitte ich, da ich hier nicht andauernd reinschaue, über die deutsche Wikipedia benachrichtigt zu werden, wo ich den gleichen Nick verwende wie hier. Die Bilder habe ich jedenfalls wieder hochgeladen, da ich nicht sehe, dass diese ein Problem darstellen dürften. Wenn ich oben so lese, was die anderen geschrieben habe, bist du ja des öfteren etwas (zu) schnell damit bei der Hand, Bilder zu löschen. Es macht aber halt keinen Spaß, wenn man sich Arbeit macht und dann ist sie gleich wieder zunichte gemacht. --MaxM 22:14, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Es fehlte bei beiden Bildern eine Lizenz. Das betrifft hier jeden Tag hunderte Bilder, du wirst einsehen , dass wir nicht hunderten Uploadern nachrecherchieren können. Zwischen Markierung („Lizenz fehlt“) und Löschung vergehen mind. 7 Tage. Grüße, --Polarlys 22:18, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Das da oben sind teilweise die Beschimpfungen von Leuten, die hier Urheberrechtsverletzungen am laufenden Band hochladen. Schön, dass du auf diesen Zug aufspringst und die Schuld erstmal bei mir suchst. Wie gesagt, bei beiden Bildern fehlte eine Lizenz, ein erneutes Hochladen könnte man sich ersparen, nach Rückfrage hätte ich sie wiederhergestellt. --Polarlys 22:19, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

Das hätte ich ja nicht wissen können, dass du die Bilder dann wiederherstellst. Darum habe ich sie halt wieder hochgeladen. Wie gut auch, dass ich sie am PC aufbewahre. Ich bin der Meinung, ich hätte die Lizenz mit eingestellt. --MaxM 22:26, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

You've speedy-deleted an image that was not copyrighted.

I see that you've deleted Mucha-Maud Adams as Joan of Arc-1909.jpg. See the undeletion request. There was an explanation on the image page that while most of Mucha's works were published outside the U.S. and are therefore not public domain until January 1, 2010, this one was in fact published in the United States; it was an advertisement for a theater performance produced while Mucha was touring the United States. This was all explained on the image description page. Is there something I should write in larger letters when it's an exception like this so that the image won't be deleted? Why wasn't I notified that the image I had uploaded had been deleted, and had to find out when I saw that the image had been removed from the page on en? grendel|khan 14:24, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

Also, the same goes for Image:Mucha-Exhibition Brooklyn Museum-1921.jpg. Also, please notify the uploader when you tag something for deletion. I noticed Image:Alfons Mucha LOC 3c05828u.jpg because it's on my watchlist, but the uploader (Balcer) didn't receive any notification that an image (the licensing problems for which turned out to be trivial to resolve) was about to be deleted. grendel|khan 15:10, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

FloppyRom_Magazine.jpg not a copyright violation

You deleted Image:FloppyRom_Magazine.jpg as a copyright violation. The picture showed a special type of vinyl record in a magazine. The textual content of the magazine could not be read and the audio content of the record could not be heard. This image showed the mechanical properties of publishing a record in a magazine.
