Commons:Formate

Formatele sunt folosite pentru adăugarea de mesaje recurente paginilor într-un mod consecvent, pentru crearea casetelor de navigare şi pentru asigurarea portabilității interlingve a textului. Conținutul unui format poate fi adăugat la o pagină tastând {{numeformat}}. Nu este necesară includerea prefixului „Format:”. Primul caracter (doar acesta) nu este senzitiv la caz (nu contează dacă este majusculă sau minusculă), deci {{Delete}} și {{Delete}} sunt unul și același lucru.

În spațiul de nume al galeriei (de asemenea denumit spațiu principal, spațiu de nume principal sau spațiu de nume al articolului în Wikipedia), formatele există doar pentru a-i ajuta pe cititori. Acestea pot include ajutor pentru navigare și avertismente cu privire la conținutul aflat sub standardele de calitate. Formatele care furnizează informație utilă numai editorilor, își au locul pe pagina de discuții a unei galerii.
