I have had at least 2 other Babyliss straighteners and even another Babyliss curling iron. Although it works fine, the cord is terrible. Not ONE of them has a cord like this one does. This cord has a heavy cloth material on it and it twists and tangles constantly. I have straightened it several times. I don't wind it up, I just let it hang and it just kinks and curls right up. I have never seen this type of cord at my salon so I just find it weird.
