    I'm not super familiar with earbuds but these are awesome! I have a headset from Jabra as well and its amazing too. They both use the same phone app. The app is easy to use and has a lot of features. I wish it was a bit more customizable but it has a lot of features. Don't use the wind noise canceling feature though. It was causing my earbuds to disconnect constantly. I turned that feature off and they haven't had any connection issues at all. The range is great. Sound quality is great. Batter life isn't that long but they charge very quickly. They fit well but not tight. They can fall out easily if they get bumped. Overall I am extremely pleased. 8.5/10

    This review is coming with a heavy heart because Jabra has recently announced they will no longer be making ear buds. This is especially sad because these gen 2s are truly the best ear buds on the market in 2024 by a large margin.
    I live in East buds 4-8 hours a day and I have tested all the top buds like the sony xm5, bose qc ultra, technics az80s, sennhiezer twm4s and the jabra elite 10 gen 1s. The Gen 1s were the best overall against all of these... the gen 2 elite 10s are better but no longer an overall better, they are superior or equal to all these other top ear buds in every category. Better sound, ANC, hear through, comfort, fit, feel, app support, features, size, connectivity, reliability, and button controls.
    my biggest gripe with the gen 1s were their hear through mode, it needed a lot of help, and it got it. there is a stark difference in hissing noise, volume, and clarity in these new gen 2s and it's like you're not wearing anything now. the ANC of the gen 1s were already just barely shy of QC ultras which were the best despite the bose being unusable due to connectivity glitches. the gen 2s are now equal to or better than QC ultras.
    They have full crisp powerful sound you can feel with hard hitting bass and intricate notes, crazy ANC like magically turning the world off, awesome tactile push button controls so you dont have to fiddle with that annoying touch sensor BS on other ear buds, highly customizable and configurable app.
    These are the ear buds you want and its not even close. The only other ear bud that might be worth looking into is the sennhiezer TWM4s if you like less powerful but extremely intricate detailed sound in certain types of music like classical perhaps, they offer a bit more minute detail but lack the fullness and power these offer. i prefer to feel the music not just listen so elite 10 gen 2s are it.

    I've no idea why this brand can't get it right but the 8 active I had IS worse where as this product still won't connect when you take the earbuds out of the case like most would (take one out, put it into the correct ear then copy with the other.) but it does tend to fix itself after around a minute however rarely it just won't fix itself within a minute and a half and I'd just put both earbuds back into the case and wait a couple seconds with the lid close then try again. According to a support email I received it seems they are currently (allegedly) working on a fix that is postmarked for Q1 (first quarter, first 3 months) of 2025 however it's still annoying that with this new product they still couldn't fix it fully. Just beware when buying that it won't be quick to connect, but they stay in my ears the entire earbud charge which is a big plus for me.

    I was late to the wireless earbud party, and never bought a pair that cost more than $40. I didn't think those were bad, but these Jabra ones definitely reproduce parts of music that are buried or inaudible with the cheaper ones... it's nice to get those details back! I can only compare the audio to high quality traditional over-ear headphones, and say that these do really hold up as being in the same league, I can't imagine anyone being too disappointed. The noise cancellation seems very good to me.

    Maybe I'm less sensitive than other people, but I don't feel these are markedly more comfortable than anything else I've tried. I switched out the 4 supplied pairs of different tips and they all felt about the same to me. But it does create a good seal and the music is loud and clear. The Dolby Spatial Sound effect is incredibly distracting when head tracking is on--moving your head pans the vocals in music in a way I find random. It's mildly interesting without the tracking, but I'm not sure it's worth whatever extra battery it consumes.

    The biggest single complaint I have about these is that if you put the case on a wireless charging pad, the charging light won't come on. It is charging, but you don't have an indication of it. This isn't just me: searching the web finds others with the problem. It may be fixable in firmware--but I'm skeptical of how committed Jabra is to following up on such things for a product category they are discontinuing.

    Aside from that annoyance, they have some cool features. You can take anything with an analog headphone jack and just plug it right into the case, to get that streamed... push a button and it "just works". If you've got a record or tape player this might be the reason to get these earbuds instead of others. And it's neat that you can set it up to detect when they're in your ear or not, and pause and resume what you're listening to (which you can turn off if you don't like the idea). In any case, these are five-star sound...but I'm not sure about the total value proposition compared to the (many) competitors.

    I gave my old set of Jabra Elite 5 buds to my son when his cheap earbuds broke recently and figured I would upgrade. I did a lot of research looking into all the top brands on the market. I was willing to pay top dollar for the winning set up earbuds. In the end, I settled on the Jabra Elite 10 2nd gen over other "top" earbuds. I was dissappinted with a few features on thr competitors buds and these were just the best fit for me (for example i wasn't too keen on the foam tips on the Sony which apparently get itchy after a while, and the bose had a few surprising lack of features considering that they are high end - such as no wireless charge and no multipoint connections). I was also very intrigued by the new feature on these Jabras, that allow you to plug the cord into any aux device and effectively make it bluetooth capable with your buds... that's amazing! Sad to see that Jabra will be leaving the earbud industry but glad to have their final set of buds. My last set of Jabra served me well for years and are still functioning as well as they did day 1, so I am hopeful for the same quality experience with these.

    Also, I appreciate the simplicity of the controls on these. Phone calls are super easy to answer when I'm out for a hike and no one has ever complained that i'm hard to hear, music/podcasts very easy to pause, resume, fast forward, and I love that it's also easy to turn the volume up and down with a longer push on either side. I also appreciate that it's google assistant capable.

    Unless you really like earbuds, a headset for half the price will be better than this, i dont see the interest into a 400$ pair of earbuds, the improvement over my 70$ earbuds beside the mic is negligible
