I’ve used many things for my back mainly corsets and waist trainers (both vest style and regular) and will say this is a nice change, not as restrictive. Makes the armpits a little red but to be fair it’s hard to make a product that goes directly in the underarm region, continuously move, rub against your skin without the friction affecting you, it simply is what it is. Also when I put it on at first I didn’t separate the shoulder straps like in the picture, after doing so it no longer made my underarms red.It’s very soft and came stitched in certain parts, I was under the impression in was one long belt I’d have to figure out so I was very relieved. I read a review that it was too difficult to figure out and that it had no instructions but as you can see in the picture they were right under their vest. It even offers a video to watch in case you can’t figure it out.In the pictures I tried it on with different styles of shirt to make notice of how invisible it can be, the first lose shirt was completely unnoticeable, it did very well under the pink shirt and under the most fitted and transparent one was very noticeable, but not like a waist trainer or corset.I’m 5’3140lbAnd ordered size M

I work as a CNA and my back between my shoulders would be so painful by the end of a 12 hr shift. I knew it was from charting and leaning over a computer for 1/2 my shift. I needed something comfortable enough that I could wear it under my scrubs. AND THIS IS IT! I have wore this for the last week at work. It is so comfortable I can wear it all day and it has helped support me enough my back pain is gone! It fits perfect and is adjustable. I have even wore it at home it helps so much! Hopefully it trains my shoulders to sit right. It is worth the money. I bought a 30$ one from Walgreens and it was so stiff and bulky. I took a chance on this one and boy am I glad I did. I’ve been using this brace for about 2 months, after having ongoing pain with my neck and shoulder area from working remotely. I really like that I can wear it for hours at a time, as the one I purchased previously stated to only wear for a max of 3 hours at a time. I also like that it can be worn under clothes without being visible in most cases. I wouldn’t go as far to say it’s comfortable, as it does start to feel tight after awhile, but I can normally wear for 3-4 hours at a time without too much discomfort.

All in all, this was a good purchase, as my pain is definitely not as frequent as it was before I started using it, however it’s also not completely gone. I still have good days and bad days. On bad days, wearing it doesn’t make much of a difference with my pain. Aside from that, i think it’s pretty easy to put on if done in front of a mirror but it’s important to note that it’s not too difficult for the straps to become tangled or undone. There is a how to video on the site that explains how to re-assemble if this happens but that might be difficult for some people that don’t have good hand eye coordination like myself. Luckily my husband was able to help with this. The price seems a bit high for something that can become undone this easily. But overall still mostly satisfied.

I had upper shoulder tightness due to poor posture (was told it was my traps) for about 3 months straight. Visits to the chiropractor and physical therapist and no relief! Tried heating pads, cold compresses, you name it I tried it until I found the posture corrector. It was a game changer. Started wearing it only about 15 min twice a day to get use to it. 2 weeks in now and I can wear for 2 hours straight. It reminds me of wear my shoulders should be even when I am not using it. So basically it's a good trainer. I am now 85% discomfort free of daily tightness. I would size up as I had to exchange for a bigger size. The small business owner was a pleasure to deal with. I’m 42 and have had bad posture ever since I can remember but it was getting worse and I hated seeing myself hunched over in photos.
I have tried a good few posture correctors over the years and never could stick with any of them because they always rubbed in the armpit area. I was hesitant to get this one as it is so expensive but I’m so glad I did. It’s super comfortable to wear as the elastic is soft. I also love that you can spread the two straps that go over your shoulder. I wouldn’t wear it over clothes though because it will scrunch up your shirt at the back and as a woman the strap that goes under your breasts at the front puts them in an awkward looking position when you wear over clothes. But for under clothes it is perfect! After a few days of wearing it for an hour or so a day I am already noticing the benefit as it’s reminding me to straighten my shoulders and back when I am not wearing it.
Highly recommend this if you struggle with poor posture.
