I just bought a Pixel 8 smartphone and intend on keeping it for years to come, so bought this screen protector and the matching Otterbox case. While both were pricy (and I miss when the cases had screen protectors built in,) it's worth it to protect your investment in the phone. Easy to install, durable and woorks with the under display fingerprint reader. Highly recomend if you love your Pixel as much as I.

Gamble on whether it aligns correctly
I thought I could ignore all the comments about poor alignment by just doing the process very carefully, but now that my screen protector is on, it's got two bubbles on the bottom part of the screen and the entire right edge of the phone is a big bubble that can't be pushed out. This is a huge problem for the Pixel 8, because swiping on the right side of the screen is also your back button that you use a lot! Each time I swipe to go back, it agitates the gigantic bubble edge on the right side of the screen making it come off ever so slightly each time. If I drop this phone, I don't think I can trust that it'll fully protect it, because it's dislodged. I could see a world where this would be a great screen protector, because the materials are very solid! Therefore some people are probably commenting that it's amazing because it happened to work for them on the first try. Go them, because I'm sure it's an awesome screen protector if it applies correctly. Since it only comes with one protector though, I just completely wasted $23 and will need to buy a new one. If you buy it, expect a huge gamble on whether it'll apply correctly. If you're not willing to gamble, then don't but it. I really want a refund now!
