This was not available for my last phone which is such a miss! I tried applying this the first time and somehow got two flecks stuck beneath the glass. I could not smooth them out so I had to remove the entire piece and try to get the flecks off from in between the sticky part and the phone. I had to use the dust sticker and I wiped down the entire sticky part with the alcohol wipe. I thought I was dunzo for sure and there was no way this was going back on smoothly after all the messing with the screen protector I did.. but somehow it is beautiful! Pressed out every single bubble and makes the absolute world of difference on my phone. It feels brand new without all the crinkles and bubbles that other screen protectors give. Definitely recommend.

Compared to its peers, it's more expensive and you only get one screen protector. So it needs to be worth the significantly extra expense and live up to the Otter reputation. Unfortunately it falls short. First off, the included instructions and pictures showing you what to do are just plain incorrect. For example, the wording and pictures reference a yellow bar in the installation screen and a place to put your fingerprint to push down on the cover during installation. That yellow fingerprint area doesn't physically exist in the item you receive (and yes, I purchased it straight from Amazon new in box with Amazon as the seller). So you need to kind of work around the instructions to figure out how to put it on yourself. If you've done this a lot before, I'm sure you can figure it out, but I would not recommend this for beginners. Also, there's a design flaw in the packaging/installation bracket. The screen protector is attached to the bottom of the bracket, and you need to hinge it forward (towards you) to get it out of the way so you can put your phone in the installation bracket. The problem is - there isn't enough "give" in the hinge, so the bottom half inch or so of the screen protector pulls off of the protective sticky coating, exposing it to the air and dust. I didn't notice that the screen protector's protector was already coming off due to having to move it out of the way so I could fit my phone in the bracket, and at that point the damage was done and there were a few particles of dust stuck on it that I couldn't get off.

Very disappointed in this Otterbox product and I would definitely not recommend it. I'm going back to my tried and true protectors that cost a third of the price, give me a few screen protectors to use, and are easier to installer.

I don't know why there aren't more flexible screen protectors. It has lasted way longer than any glass protectors I've used. Only problem I've had is I can't seem to get them on without a bubble or a spec under it though I was able to peel it up and get some specs off but not all of them. The only way to get a perfect screen protector installation is with a surgical clean room.

I purchased this because after all the research, this seemed like a good compromise between the very expensive and the cheaper, less protective glass. It was easy enough to install, although a piece of lint was stuck under the glass after I had cleaned everything. The one issue was that I still had small air bubbles on the left and right edges above the on/off button, at the top left and then bottom left. I also noticed that the glass was not sitting flat on the left and right edges so I checked some forums and there were comments that some components of the Pixel 8 Pro are not sitting flat and are causing the unevenness in the screen protector. Whatever it is, the screen protector is not sitting exactly as I expected, which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Ultimately, it may not be their fault.

otter box cases are so nice I figured the screen protector would be as well. Wrong. The install was fine , had one bubble that just would not go away, figured I did something wrong, continued to use it. I had my phone sitting on a table and a pebble bounced across the table, smaller that 1/16 inch , the size of the "o" on your phone keyboard. (Super small) Shattered the corner of the protector. Not pleased and it hasn't even been a week. Couldn't image how this protector would take a fall off a table. :(

Alignment cradle and kit seemed nice. Unfortunately the protector had little burr like imperfections all over it which prevented it from adhering well. When I tried to take it off to see if the imperfections could be delt with the protector shattered as soon as I lifted the edge. There's no way this kit would have protected anything. Avoid this crap and get a protector made by zagg or a different company.
