It’s tight to put on, but I can wear it all day comfortably. I bought it at the recommendation of my PT and do find that it helps. I’m 145 lbs and a 32D and the small fits well except that the bottom of the shirt rides up around my waist. Wearing it tucked in an under another shirt is the only way around that. Several of the panels are semitransparent which might be fine for a workout but not comfortable for daily wear. It breathes well and doesn’t take on odor like some other fabrics. I definitely recommend for posture and shoulder support.

I was a little worried to spend this much on a shirt at first, even though I was excited about it, but it worths every penny. Check the size table very carefully, before you order, as this is _not_ an outerwear. It has to fit better than a glove to work, no bras under it, sorry. :) But when it fits correctly, and it did for me, you instantly feel its effects. It is a very gentle, constant pressure, like someone would stand behind you and always pull on your shoulder gently, or push your back in. I wear it 3-4 hours a day. I have felt it from the very first time, that even after pulling it off, my posture get better simply because it made me understand _how_ it should be. It pushes up my lower belly, pushes my spine in, but if I am too enthusiastic, I feel it pulling my spine back, so it will not be too in. I have even felt the shirts effects on my lower back, in line with my hips, I would recommend this and will recommend it to everyone I come across, it is fantastic! *.* Sadly, I guess, to work correctly for the shoulders, it has a longer arms and higher neck that could be easily hidden under a lot of other clothes. If you want to wear it outside, it is a bit hard to find something to hide it, even though I would love to wear it at the office. And it is seethrough, which - as it is without bra - would be embarassing. So I think, that is a downside, that if, could be corrected, I would totally fill up my whole closet with them! :D

I think I really did not think about whether a shirt can really correct posture. I don’t think it does. It is essentially like wearing a spanx shirt. It is very tight but I do not think it makes me stand any straighter. I say I should have passed on this. Buyer beware indeed

The fit of the short is great. I got a medium and am usually a size 8 (at 5‘11 athletic build with a long torso this shirt would be ideal in a tall size). I wear the shirt to fend off neck and shoulder tightness from sitting at a computer all day. It helps the muscles to relax which is great! If you’re looking to buy a supportive garment, this is it. I just got diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and this has helped tremendously by the great support, tightness, and it DEFINITELY pulls your shoulders back. Be careful starting out, 10 min a day tops for the first couple weeks then increase it by small amounts! 10/10 worth the $100 price tag.

I love this shirt. I stand for 7 to 8 hours a day while at work. Without fail I would experience lower back pain from hour 5 on. Wearing the posture shirt completely eliminated that pain.
