The backpack seems to be of great quality and finish but the channel for the telescoping handle occupies too much space inside the backpack drastically reducing its storage capacity. Also, since it’s a single pole handle, the lunch bag doesn’t stay in place and pivots around the pole. Additionally, the lunch bag is a bit too large thus preventing the option of putting it inside the backpack as we’ve done with other backpacks in the past. The wheels also don’t rotate very smoothly. I also don’t see the need for a tablet/laptop pouch inside further reducing capacity, given these are practically for primary/elementary school kids where such devices are generally not allowed/required.
