A Weil team led by Private Equity partner Gareth Clark is advising Siete Foods and Stripes in the sale of Siete to PepsiCo for $1.2 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2025. Founded in 2014, Siete produces authentic heritage-inspired tortillas, salsas, seasonings, sauces, cookies, snacks and more. The acquisition will complement PepsiCo’s portfolio with the addition of an authentic, Mexican-American brand, while also growing its grain-free, better-for-you food offerings. Our London office held its second annual Walk with Weil event, raising more than £13,200 for a variety of charities chosen by the participants. More than 70 Weil colleagues and contacts – including Weil London Co-Managing Partner David Avery-Gee and Chief Operating Officer Fiona Haigh – along with family, friends and our distinguished outreach partners completed a course of one of three distances – 25 miles, 10 miles or 4 miles – collectively walking nearly 800 miles through 13 London boroughs of beautiful but hidden routes, and finishing at the Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park to celebrate their achievements.
