Save the date and book your tickets for a very special launch screening of the newly restored, award-winning documentary For All the World to See - A Portrait of Prof Fred Hollows, directed by Pat Fiske OAM. Co-presented by The Fred Hollows Foundation and Bower Bird Films, and hosted at the wonderful Ritz Cinema in Randwick, all ticket proceeds will support The Fred Hollows Foundation and their life-changing activities preserving eyesight and eye-health for communities around the world. This moving documentary paints a complex portrait of Fred Hollows, and tells the story of how The Fred Hollows Foundation came about. Following the screening there will be a Q&A with Pat, Gabi Hollows, Ray Argall and other special guests. Each finalist has spent the last 12 months progressing their health solution to the proof-of-concept stage and the best solution will take home a $5 million prize supported by the Government of Western Australia's partners, the Future Health Research and Innovation Fund, Rio Tinto and BHP. This is the most incredible movement to be a part of. On International Allyship Day Allies for Uluru and the Woolyungah Indigenous Centre at the University of Wollongong held the inaugural National Allyship Summit. The day brought together Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous people from across the country to discuss the path forward for the Uluru Statement from the Heart. It was a day full of solidarity, inspiration and hope. To my colleagues at Allies for Uluru and Woolyungah Indigenous Centre - working with you on this event has been an absolute privilege and a highlight of my career. To all the speakers, and leadership of the The Uluru Statement from the Heart - Uluru Dialogue (Official) - thank you for your generosity in sharing your time, energy and knowledge, and for trusting us to carry your messages forward.
