A marzo spostiamo le lancette avanti di un’ora, a ottobre le spostiamo indietro. Ma che impatto ha questo sulla nostra vita? Secondo le stime di Terna, la società che gestisce la rete elettrica di trasmissione nazionale, da marzo a ottobre 2024 il risparmio dovrebbe essere stato di circa 90 milioni di euro. Questo perché il cambio d’ora consente un minor consumo di energia elettrica, stimati 370 milioni di kWh: il fabbisogno medio annuo di oltre 150 mila famiglie. Il beneficio economico stimato per il 2024 si basa sul costo del kWh medio per il ‘cliente domestico tipo in tutela', cioè 24,3 centesimi di euro (al lordo delle imposte). L’impatto positivo non è solo sul nostro portafogli, ma anche sull’ambiente, in quanto minori consumi equivalgono a minori emissioni di anidride carbonica (stimate 170mila tonnellate in meno).
