August 22rd End of Heat Summer is leaving, heat is ending, but the green energy transition won't stop.

Today we update our name to CHINT Green Energy! We started as a solar products manufacturer, project developer and EPC contractor, however, as our business scope and coverage expanded, we are now a One-stop Renewable Energy Provider, with active realms including equipment production, project development, investment, EPC and O&M. We have also gone beyond solar power, having Wind Power and Green Hydrogen joined our business portfolios. More challenges await in the future, and we believe our development will continue to be strong!

On August 15, a delegation led by Datuk Mohd Yusof Bin Abu Bakar, CEO of Melaka Corporation (MCORP), visited CHINT Green Energy and had an in-depth coversation with CHINT regarding the opportunities and challenges of investing in renewable energy development in Malaysia. Mr. Jaibalan Harirajan, Director of Malaysian Investment Development Authority, along with Samuel Zhang, Vice President of Astronergy, Gan Peng, Head of the Southeast Asia Region for Project Development of CHINT Green Energy, David Zhang, Sales Director for the Asia-Pacific Region of Astronergy, and other relevant personnels, attended the meeting. Both parties discussed Malaysia's renewable energy industry policies and subsidies and conducted practical exchanges on topics such as the coordinated development of green power and high energy consuming infrastructure such as data centers, as well as the economic and technological development trends of offshore floating PVs.

▶What are we talking about when we talk about "One-stop Solution Provider"? ▶This time, we present to you the answer to this question! Recently, the Slatioara 31.6 MWp Solar plant in Romania, developed and constructed by CHINT Solar, was connected to the grid🎉🎉. Apart from its role as the developer and constructor, CHINT is also the supplier to all the major equipment of this project, such as the solar panels, solar inverters, step-up transformers and main transformer, besides, CHINT's local team would also be responsible for the O&M services, making the solar project operate in the best condition. The capabilities💪 of synergy and the advantages of complete supply chain possessed by CHINT are the best way to understand CHINT's position as the Global One-stop Renewable Energy Solution Provider. Upon its completion, the project is able to generate 44,538MWh of green electricity each year to the community and reduce 31,114 tons of CO2 annually as the green contribution to the environment. During the past years, CHINT has delivered several solar projects in Romania. This year, with one more project finished, we are so proud to be part of Romania's green energy transition.

August 7th Beginning of Autumn The 🍃green is not leaving, it just turns into the undertone of this stroke of golden fall🍂

🎉🎊New Project Kicking-off! This time, we are talking about Wind Power! 📢 On July 22, the Starting Ceremony of the 3rd Lot of Wind Power Projects was held in Jiuquan City of Gansu Province. Among the other projects, the 300MW Mazongshan Wind Farm developed by CHINT Solar kicked off its construction. The project, located at Mazongshan County, is expected to start the construction in July 2024 and commissioned by December of 2025. It is consisted by 48 pcs of 200-6.25 wind turbines, which will be installed to poles of 120m height. The project is also accompanied by a BESS🔋 system of 45MW/180MWh. The annual energy yield of the project will be 908,578MWh, equivalent to a reduction of 273,900 tons of standard coal each year and the CO2 reduction will be 752,300 tons as soon as the project is commercially operational. The green power generated by this wind farm will be delivered to every corner of the country, making its contribution to the Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Target. 📢📢CHINT Delivered The First Shared Energy Storage Project located in Intertidal Zone in Zhejiang!🎉🎉 By the end of June, we have good new from the Yueqing Shared Energy Storage Power Plant. This 50MW/100MWh 🔋BESS project, which is the first of its kind in Zhejiang Province, completed its connection to grid after intense efforts on the operation verification amid the continuous raining🌧️ days in the south of China. CHINT Solar, as the investor and constructor of this plant, adopted the POWER BLOCK 2.0 Liquid-cooling Energy Storage System which is developed and manufactured by CHINT POWER SYSTEMS, to the complex. This ESS is featured for its high energy intensity and high safety. 5MWh of battery is accommodated into a 20GP Container, bringing it lower unitary cost, along with the variable diameter cooling tube and fire protection system installed inside the equipment, we guarantee to our clients with the highest standard of security. The distinctive location of installation is another test to the product, especially in terms of the corrosion and salt mist resistance over the sea water🌊. Thanks to the IP54 high protection level, we are free from any worry related to the weather conditions. As soon as the plant is commissioned, it is quite versatile regarding the role it plays in the grid. It can be taken as a mega "power bank" by renting energy storage quota to neighbor renewable energy plants, or as a "buffering pool" for the auxiliary services under the command of the grid. The project has great potential in new business models, and we are sure it can take on the burden to mitigate the fluctuation of the Solar or Wind power, and make them a true reliable power source in the future.
