The ALSONTECH #3Dcamera AT-S1000-01A-S3 in the picture below has been in use for more than 4 years in the chain track joint sorting and loading station, and is still working efficiently every day. It accurately locates the workpieces to be picked from the large material frame and guides this KUKA robot to pick them up and place them on the subsequent heat treatment table, with a daily handling capacity of up to 8,000 pieces, which has completely changed the previous heavy production scenario of manual handling. Chain links are an important component of crawler structures, commonly used in the drive mechanism of construction equipment. This type of sorting project is ALSONTECH'S strength, and in addition to Caterpillar, we have replicated this scenario at XCMG, SHANTUI and other industry-leading construction machinery manufacturers. ✅ The #3Dvision system can handle a wide range of incoming materials. Whether it is a sorted, relatively orderly incoming material form, or scattered stacked, disorderly incoming material form, can be produced through the vision scanning better raw point cloud data, through the vision software processing to generate the robot's required gripping coordinates, reasonable planning of the robot's gripping path, efficient, accurate and safe completion of sorting the material. ✅ This type of project commonly used #laser 3D camera, on the one hand, can be compatible with different processing stages of the workpiece, including reflective workpiece. ALSONTECH provided #3Dvision guidance services to a well-known gearbox manufacturing company. By using a compact #3Dcamera, the AT-S1000-06C-S, on their equipment housing machining line, we were able to locate different types and models of black cast parts and guide the robot to pick up the parts for post-processing. As black is the most light-absorbing colour and prone to imaging problems, the AT-S1000-06C-S uses raster structured light imaging with binocular structure and optimal limiting ratio to provide users with better continuous work stability and excellent positioning accuracy.
