Event Code of Conduct

Dotdash Meredith and FOOD & WINE are fundamentally dedicated to providing a welcoming, harassment-free experience where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. This is our policy.

All participants—staff, attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, and volunteers—at our event are required to agree to and abide by this Event Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this Code of Conduct throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a professional, respectful, welcoming, and safe environment for all participants.

We encourage participants to report inappropriate behavior as soon as possible in person or via [email protected]. Dotdash Meredith may take whatever actions it deems appropriate, including, for example, expulsion from the event without refund, notification of inappropriate behavior to sponsor/exhibitor’s employer, and disqualification from attending future events.

Harassment may include deliberate intimidation, exclusion, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, and offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, and/or technology choices.

Participants who are asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the event staff immediately. Event staff will be in the Exhibitor Check-In area of the Grand Tasting Pavilion during operating hours.

All policies are subject to change.
