HR Business Consultant

Affentranger Kveton + Partners Sàrl (AK+Partners, www.akpartners.net) is looking for a HR Business Consultant to complement its practice. We are seeking to recruit HR Business Consultant with 5-7 years of relevant exprience and strong functional expertise to co-lead projects covering the full human capital cycle including organisational strategy development, building talent capabilities, enhancing leadership bench-strength and aligning people, culture and mission.

 

Your Accountabilities

1. Consulting. Drive a rigorous and structured approach to plan, design and deliver consultancy mandates. Provide expertise, industry best practices and leverage HR solutions and methodologies. Partner with our clients to make impactful decisions on priority issues at the intersection of people, business and strategy. Assume a leadership role as project manager.

 

2. Knowledge Transfer. Facilitate and train our clients by delivering programs covering Predictive Index certification, management and leadership, strategy workshops, soft skills training and complex negotiation techniques. Act as an assessor and coach in Leadership Development Centres.

 

3. Key Account Management. Manage regular interactions with clients, develop and maintain contact with key decision makers. Service our global client base proactively and understand their needs to promote AK+P’s products and services.

 

The role is flexible comprising Nyon-based, remote and client site work, and is open at 80-100% occupancy rate.

 

Your Profile

You are a high-performing, persistent, creative, enthusiastic communicator and team-orientated person with a university degree in Work & Organisation Psychology, Social Science or Business.

You already have relevant experience in the full human resources cycle in least two different positions or industries, preferably with a people management component.

You are fluent in French and English both written and oral (German and/or Italian a plus).

To be successful in the role you need to be a digital enthusiast, self-motivated solution oriented and possess strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. A transformation mindset and customer centricity are important to have fun, grow and delight our clients.
