New Case Study: Transforming Loan Acceptance Predictions with AI    Windmill Digital presents its latest case study on how artificial intelligence enhanced loan acceptance predictions, saving significant time while improving decision-making.   Our client runs a platform that connects high-net-worth individuals seeking residential loans with specialist lenders. The platform's Lender Matching Service (LMS) uses a complex algorithm to match borrower profiles with lenders, but the process relied heavily on a single individual's expertise.   Hence, the LMS's accuracy depended on manual updates, leading to inefficiencies and increased complexity. The goal was to mitigate risks associated with human dependency and streamline the process.   Here is the highlights of how Windmill solved this through AI:   ✔ Approach: Through our AI Discovery process, we created 1,000 synthetic inquiries and developed a Keras-based AI model.
