This week, our colleague Dr. Sibylle Pfammatter was in Vienna for the 5th European Symposium on Single Cell Proteomics (ESCP), organized by the Institute of Molecular Pathology (IMP). Many thanks to Dr. Manuel Matzinger and Dr. Karl Mechtler for putting together an outstanding program over the past two days. As highlighted at the conference, single-cell proteomics is clearly on its way to prime time. Sibylle presented her work on implementing single-cell proteomics at the FGCZ. This collaboration began exactly a year ago at this very conference. During last year's event, she connected with Tecan regarding the Uno Single Cell Dispenser™ technology. A year later, she successfully integrated the Uno Single Cell Dispenser into the established single-cell proteomics sample preparation workflow.
