Inauguration of the SWISS KRONO FRANCE Green Energy Project We are pleased to share with you a few impressions of the official inauguration of the SWISS KRONO Green Energy project, which we celebrated yesterday at our site in Sully! The inauguration is an important milestone on our way to even more sustainability and energy efficiency in the SWISS KRONO Group. From now on, SWISS KRONO France will be able to replace between 80-95% of the gas previously consumed at the site (120 GWh/year) with biomass. The project, which began in September 2022 with the ground-breaking ceremony, culminated in this official inauguration, which was attended by 180 guests, including our owner, our CEO, representatives of our joint venture partners Dalkia and Meridiam , various SWISS KRONO colleagues from the Group and the French site, and the press. A big thank you to everyone involved in the realization of this important project!

Introducing "Kokoni One" – a pioneering residential development in the outskirts of northern Berlin that redefines urban living by bringing rural quality of life to the city. This ambitious project by ZRS Architekten Ingenieure features a variety of home types, ranging from classic semi-detached houses to multi-family units with up to four dwellings. The homes, with living spaces between 95 and 167 m², have mostly non-load-bearing interior walls, allowing for easy and flexible modifications to suit residents' needs. Clusters of 8-10 houses are thoughtfully arranged around communal courtyards, fostering close-knit communities and shared spaces. At the heart of this development lies a central village square, featuring a community house, orchard, garden, and a designated play and celebration area. The architectural vision behind "Kokoni One" combines the concept of density with the charm of rural living, all while minimizing the impact of vehicular traffic within the neighborhood.
