Another great Food Day @ETH Zürich! 🤩 Every year, our friends at the World Food System Center, ETH Zurich organise Food Day to explore how research and innovation can accelerate the transition to sustainable food systems. This year, we hosted a session on the topic of ultra-processed food, moderated by Katarzyna (Kash) Winek, MBA from the Valley team. The result? An engaging exchange with diverse audience of 60+ attendees from academia, industry and government.
