Yesterday we gathered our Europe-based staff for an end of summer BBQ in Paris🌅    We started the evening with a short staff meeting, where we discussed the projects we've worked hard on this year, as well as exciting upcoming projects that we can't wait to share here.   Then came the French apero, followed by dinner, games and dancing! Celina Tolbert joined the Communications team at HBS last September, and today is officially her one-year anniversary with us! 🎉 We're happy that she's on our team helping to create content that features some of the amazing people at HBS (that you may have seen on this LinkedIn page). We've been discussing Multilateral vs. Unilateral services, so today's definition focuses on one type of unilateral service: Unilateral Camera Positions In addition to the content provided by the HB multilateral coverage, broadcasters can book unilateral camera positions to capture content focused on their own narratives, allowing them to tailor their programming. #HBSBasics

Our Director of Digital, Johannes Franken, just got off the stage at the SVG Europe Sport Production Summit 2024. The panel, "Generational change: Transforming the cost base of sports production with AI," dove into the ever changing landscape of Artificial Intelligence in the #SportsBroadcast industry.   Johannes said, "HBS has just announced the launch of skroller, a dedicated digital creation arm, to help our customers to navigate between bought, owned and earned attention - skroller is also a founding member of the XR Sports alliance. We're very aware of the central role that AI plays in modern content creation, whether that is through managed teams, contracted contributors or influencers. Only through AI workflow can we optimise creation time to reach fans quicker, and bring consistency across several events, while ensuring we can fit into traditional budgets."
